This policy explains how Chinnar Business Advisors ("we", "us"), Near Shalimar Traders, Post Office Market, Street No. 2, Hajira, AJK, handles information when you use chinnarbusinessadvisors.online.
Information you give us
When you fill in the contact or free consultation form, your details (name, mobile number, email, city, services and message) are put into a WhatsApp message on your device. Nothing is sent to us until you press Send in WhatsApp. The website does not store these forms on a server. We use what you send only to reply to you and provide the services you ask for, and we never sell it.
Calculators and document generators
All calculators and generators (invoices, salary slips, CVs, agreements and others) run inside your browser. Figures and document details you enter are not uploaded to us, except the text you choose to send with an AI button (see below). Some tools save your last inputs in your browser's local storage so you don't have to type them again; you can clear this at any time from your browser settings.
AI assistant
The Ask AI chat and the AI buttons in some generators (for example "Write my summary with AI" or "Write Urdu from English details") send the text of your question, or the related form fields, from our server to an AI service (Google Gemini) to write the answer. We do not store your chats on our server; your chat history stays in your own browser tab and is cleared when you close it. To prevent misuse we keep an anonymous daily request count (a one-way code made from your IP address, not the address itself). The AI service processes the text under its own terms, and on free plans the provider may use it to improve its products, so please do not type CNIC numbers, passwords, bank details or other private information into the chat. AI answers can be wrong; they are general information, not professional advice.
Cookies and Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, the device type, and actions such as using a calculator or tapping the WhatsApp button. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects data such as a pseudonymous identifier, browser and device details and an approximate location. It does not give us your name or phone number. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Advertising (Google AdSense)
To keep our calculators and generators free, we show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners, as third-party vendors, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this and/or other sites on the Internet. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' cookies at aboutads.info. Third-party links and services
The site links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube and Pinterest, and loads fonts from Google Fonts. These services have their own privacy policies.
Client documents
Documents and login details you share with us for tax work (CNIC, IRIS credentials, bank statements and similar) are kept confidential, used only for your work and never shared without your permission, except where the law requires.

Terms of Service
- The calculators, generators and articles on this website are free to use for personal and business purposes.
- You are responsible for checking any document you generate (invoice, agreement, certificate and others) before you use it. Agreements should be reviewed by a lawyer where needed.
- You may not copy the website's content or code in bulk, or misuse the site in a way that harms it or other users.
- Professional services (return filing, registrations, notices and similar) are provided under a separate agreement and fee, confirmed with you before work starts.
